Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in East Sussex (Eastbourne/Brighton area). 
Location: East Sussex
Contract Type: Locum, 2-month contract
Pay Rate: £28 - £42 per hour (assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am –17:00 pm with a 30 mins break. Saturday & Sunday, 09:00 am – 17:00 pm. 
Duties:
Actively engage those requiring an increased level of support with the aim of keeping people within their home and maintaining their wellbeing and independence as far as possible
Carrying out assessments with people in their own homes, care homes etc and formulate a care plan and risk assessment with them
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse
Valid NMC Registration
Will need own transport, although the train station is walkable and there is a car park on site which is free
