New Directions Education is proud to be supporting a fantastic Secondary school in Whalley Range, Manchester that is looking to add a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to their ranks - on a temp to perm basis from September 2024.
We have a range of FREE CPD training courses, from Safeguarding to Autism Awareness, which will teach you the relevant skills and attributes necessary for supporting children in our schools. We will also accept Healthcare, Social Care , Care Worker backgrounds
Responsibilities of the role included but are not limited to:
Have excellent communication skills.
Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Be encouraging and supportive.
Have a positive attitude towards teaching and aiding children's development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.Job Specification:
Supervise and provide learning support for children in small groups and on a one to one basis
Support teaching and learning in the classroom
