Assistant Manage r, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers, building relationships and creating a memorable experience in store. You will be leading a team and supporting your Store Manager in driving sales and KPI's to ensure that the high levels of performance are maintained, developing your team members to be successful in their careersnOur client is a premium Ladies Fashion retailer with a huge following - they are leading the way in the market and have no plans to stop, with new store openings on the horizonnAssistant Manager responsibilities :nWorking closely with your Store Manager to drive sales & KPIs in storenLeading by example and providing an exceptional customer experience on the retail floornInspiring, coaching and developing your team to progress in their careersnKeeping up to date with latest fashion trendsnVisual merchandising & maintaining immaculate boutique imaginenExperience and background required :nProven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within retailnStrong background in ladies fashion, ladies footwear or accessoriesnA track record in driving KPIs and developing retail teamsnA collaborative, people focused leadership stylenExperience working in fast-paced, service focused environmentsnWe are keen to speak with strong, hands on leaders who can adapt and work within a fast paced, assisted sales environment This is a great opportunity to thrive and in a busy tier 1 store The retailer is seeking a fun, driven and ambitious individual to join their business with a passion for trends and fashion - must have experience within retail management
