Responsibilities:nConducting thorough candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.nScreening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for available roles.nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.nMatching candidates with suitable job opportunities and facilitating the recruitment process from start to finish.nProviding support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and negotiation of job offers.nMaintaining accurate records of candidate information, job requirements, and client interactions in the recruitment database.nCollaborating with colleagues to share market insights, strategies, and best practices for candidate sourcing and placement.nMeeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:nPrevious experience in recruitment, preferably within a similar role or industry.nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.nProven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.nKnowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.nProficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms for candidate sourcing and management.nA proactive and resilient attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
