ResponsibilitiesnAs a Bid Writer, you’ll contribute to the planned and sustained business growth by creating compelling, quality content for submissions, and proactively support subject matter experts in the bidding process including guidance on writing and content.nYour day to day will include:nLeading & coordinating storyboard sessions to develop tailored content & responses to PQQsnAssist in the innovation of sharing & presenting information; and applying client bid feedback to future responses to drive continuous improvement.nRe-working proposal responses from a variety of internal stakeholders & colleagues, such as operations, commercial, legal & HR; and deliver completed proposal responses to agreed deadlines.nDue to the nature of this role & industry, you’ll need to understand and apply public procurement legislation and other relevant policies to written responses.
Who are we looking for?nThis role of Bid Writer is great for you if you:nExperience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor.nHave a professional writing background, degree related to English Language, and bid writing / management experience.nHave advanced MS Word & Office skills, and be proficient in desktop publishing & design software such as Adobe InDesign.
