To develop the client relationship by delivering quality jobs to meet deadlines
To work with subcontractors ensuring that they work to the high standards required
To ensure that our employees along with other affected by our actions are safe at all times by ensuring the best H & S policies are adhered to
To ensure that all required information is available to the service department
To keep or enhance the job marginKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Complete end to end management of small to medium fire and security projects
All areas of client liaison and management
Labour allocations and planning
Materials planning
Snagging works and delivering a high-end product for the client
Meeting deadlines
Creating and updating Rams
Updating drawings
Creating as built drawings with assistance of CAD team
Write up technical elements of O&Ms i.,e. as fitted specification and job specific maintenance requirementsKey skills required:
High levels of self-motivation and time management. 
Great communication skills with team members and clients
Solid understanding of BS5839:2017 part 1. Particularly the placement and location of detection devices and categories etc.
Experience of installing fire alarm systems.
Experience of installing IP CCTV and Access control systems
Similar role experience previously for at least 2 years
Contract Terms and Conditions Experience
Design responsibility and management
Financial Control including the provision of applications
Project management
Delivery of the Project to established parameters, programme/quality
