About Our Client:

Our client, a leading investment firm, is actively seeking to enhance its private credit team by adding a skilled Investment Analyst. This role is within a firm renowned for its robust involvement in the private credit sector, providing a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment where teamwork and a strong work ethic are paramount.


Role Overview:

The Investment Analyst will play a critical role in the expansion and success of the private credit portfolio. Leveraging a strong background in financial modelling—ideally developed through experience in leveraged finance or M&A—you will help to identify investment opportunities and go on to play a key role in deploying capital.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine complex financial models for a private credit investment thesis.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential private credit investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the private credit team to formulate and execute investment strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, with exposure to leveraged finance or M&A.
  • Demonstrable expertise in financial modelling
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities.
