Rate: Up to £320/day
Location: Berkshire
My client, a leading multi-disciplinary company that offers a range of services has been awarded a large contract to provide repairs, maintenance, and voids across the Southern part of the country are on the look for a Quantity Surveyor to help deliver the contract successfully. This specific contract will run for 7+ years and will focus mainly on Void housing and reactive works.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting with Site Surveys
Dealing with client queries
Assisting the commercial team with a variety of tasks
Organising subcontractor invitations to tender
Assisting with tender submissions
Helping with final accounts
Compiling applications for payments
Essential Experience and skills 
Good knowledge of the commercial environment
Understanding of measured term contracts
Confident using Microsoft packages
Proficient communication and time management
Desirable Experience and skills 
Social Housing / Maintenance experience
Understanding of NHF schedule of rates
