Key Responsibilities:
As a Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of a range of heavy machinery. This role will involve a mix of depot-based and field-based work, offering variety and new challenges each day. Your main responsibilities will include:
Servicing and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
Field Service: Attend breakdowns and service calls at customer sites, providing quick and effective solutions.
Preventative Maintenance: Ensure all machinery is properly serviced to avoid downtime and improve efficiency.
Fitting and Welding: Use your skills in fitting and welding to make necessary modifications or repairs on-site.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the service provided.
Vehicle Use: Use the company-provided vehicle for fieldwork and ensure it is maintained in good condition.What's on Offer?

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about engineering, heavy machinery, and providing top-quality service. To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and repairing heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or engines.
Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical issues, along with experience in fitting and welding.
Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service and communication skills when working on-site.
Qualifications: Any relevant qualifications in engineering or machinery maintenance are an advantage.
