We are currently recruiting for an experienced MACHINE OPERATIVE with some printing experience.
The Job Role:
* Operating a silicone coater machines.
* Packing products, which includes wrapping, weighing and palletising goods.
* Ensuring data is accurately recorded using in-house computer system.
* Following instructions an customers specifications.
* Working to a priority list.
* Meeting/exceeding performance standards with regards to safety / waste and quality.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
* Regular manual handling + manual dexterity.
* Actively getting involved with initiatives and projects.
Skills:
* Proven machine / printing experience (Full training provided for this role )
* Understanding of all procedures relevant to role.
* Flexibility to work days/nights -Essential
* Numerate/Literate -Essential
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Numerate/Literate -Essential
Full time Days and Nights
Hours of work 6am-6pm Days
6pm -6am Nights (Nightshift Allowance £15 per night )
Training will be days and nights .Possible rota of 2 weeks nights out every 6 weeks ( tbc ) after training completed.
£12p/h to start increasing to once trained £13-£14 ph.
