We are looking for a dynamic Cleaning Manager to lead our dedicated cleaning and changing room team across multiple shifts at a large multi-functional nuclear site in Cumbria.
Role Overview:
As the Cleaning Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of our hygiene services meet and exceed the highest standards. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a dedicated cleaning and changing room team across multiple shifts.
* Ensure all hygiene services are delivered to the highest standards.
* Oversee and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with customer and company standards.
* Collaborate with a diverse workforce to drive operational excellence.
* Implement and monitor innovative practices to enhance service delivery.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety regulations and promoting a safety-first culture.
* Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
* Manage resources effectively, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in cleaning management is preferred.
* Strong people management skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse workforce.
* Familiarity with customer audits and maintaining high standards of hygiene services.
* Proven ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Qualification or experience in line management or equivalent.
* Must hold a current driving licence.
* Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
