We're looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Bicester, OX25 at our newly built cutting-edge, powder-coating facility. This is a permanent position with shift-pattern hours, the opportunity to work overtime, and the potential for career progression. Overtime available What you will doing: Order picking : This team picks each order of unpainted material and prepares each job ready to be painted Paint-Line Team: This team paints all profiles and ancillary parts, that make up our popular colours Assembly Team : Assembly of profiles, add protective tape, and assemble the ancillary parts and pack ready for dispatch. Who you are: Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial coupled with a desire to learn and develop is what we value most.
