Position: Part-time PPA Teacher (3 days per week)
Start Date: September 2024

Role Overview: As a Part-time PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for covering PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time for teachers across Years 1 to 6. This role requires flexibility, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students of various ages and abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and make a significant impact across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Years 1 to 6 during PPA time
Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students across different year groups
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to teaching and learning
Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider school communityRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching across different primary year groups is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work with various age groups and subjects
Commitment to fostering the well-being and academic development of all students
