Requirements:

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group support to children with SEN, implementing personalised learning strategies.
Collaborate with the classroom teacher to create and adapt lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning needs.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged.
Monitor and track students' progress, offering insights to help refine teaching methods.
Liaise with parents and caregivers to provide updates on students' development.
