Calling all experienced Site Managers in the Civil Engineering and Energy industry We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's dynamic team as a Site Manager. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and cost control.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide leadership and guidance to your team on site, ensuring that all work is conducted safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with various stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and local authorities, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, site diaries, and construction progress photographs.Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in site management within the Civil Engineering and Energy industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure in a demanding environment.
Sound understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management software and AutoCAD.
