KS2 Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:
* Lead KS2 team, ensuring top teaching standards with vision, direction, and support.

* Support KS2 teachers' growth through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
* Foster positive relationships, encouraging collaboration for education.
KS2 Phase Lead Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
* Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
* Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.
