What we do
We'recommitted to keeping elderly and vulnerablepeople living in the comfort of their own homes (as an alternative to residential care)throughout Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey and the surrounding areas .
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you would provide an unrivalled level of care and support by livingwith our customer in their home, for a defined period of time.You would therefore be entitled to regular breaks, both during your working days and also so you can take time off.
While many companies only pay Live-in Care Assistants for contact time, we also pay you for your journeys to and from each customer.
Responsibilitiesof a Live-in Care Assistant
Including but not limited to:
  • Live in our customer's home for a defined period of time
  • Personal care duties
  • Administering medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting customer health and wellbeing
  • Companionship and help with activities/appointments
  • Plan, prepare and cook nutritious meals
  • Shopping and domestic tasks around the home

To become a Live-in Care Assistant, you need:
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship)
  • No experience as full training is provided
  • Excellent level of English
  • To be aged 18+
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable, but not essential
