They are currently seeking an experienced AV Technician to enhance their dynamic team. This position entails providing premium support at a leading client site, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration within a prestigious corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Offering extensive AV and video conferencing (VC) support, ranging from significant conference events to everyday client room assistance.
Conducting daily functionality assessments of essential AV spaces.
Overseeing event support, including pre-event testing and live event management.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting AV/VC system issues.
Documenting and effectively communicating technical problems. Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a solid understanding of AV/VC technologies in a corporate setting. This person should demonstrate:
Proficiency in computer technology and networking.
Experience with collaboration platforms and video conferencing equipment (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Polycom).
