Description
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as needed
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Job Offer
- A salary up to £22,500pa DOE
- 3 - 4 days per week (Office based). We may consider FT for an exceptional candidate.
