PA/Property Administrator

A highly regarded property management company located in North West London are recruiting for a PA to support their dynamic Director on a 1-1 basis. This role will involve working closely with the Director on an array of property development projects and assisting in various property administration duties.
Working as part of a successful, professional and friendly team, this role will be ideal for a PA who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Duties will include;
• PA support to Director
• Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings
• Inbox management
• Project support; conducting research and putting together information packs for meetings
• Devising and maintaining office systems
• Producing tenancy contracts
• Liaison with tenants and suppliers
• Efficient and timely checking and processing of paperwork
• Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
Candidates applying should have previous experience in a PA role ideally within the property sector, possess strong IT skills and be able to work as part of a team.
