We are looking for the right people to work 1:1 with some of our pupils who are new to school, in Reception, and have additional learning needs. We always want the very best for our pupils, especially those with SEND, and we're looking for Teaching Assistants with patience, understanding and resilience who want to, and can, provide the same.
You must have a positive approach to working with children and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of working with pupils with SEND is essential, in particular those with social interaction and complex communication needs; as is working in a school environment. We also need you to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
The roles are fixed-term positions subject to future school budgets and funding.
