Bayview Contracts Ltd is one of Irelands leading providers of building maintenance and energy upgrade solutions within residential properties. We are seeking experienced domestic Plumbers for delivery of long term (NIHE) central heating response maintenance contracts in the Omagh area.
As an OFTEC registered Plumber you will work within a team responsible for the delivery of a wide range of domestic heating tasks including Response Maintenance and Boiler Servicing.
Within this Full Time & Permanent position, you will be provided with a Company van, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone and an excellent benefits package, with an opportunity to develop within an exciting and progressive Company.
Typical tasks will include:
· Carrying out response and planned maintenance tasks within residential properties;
· Diagnosing and resolving boiler faults;
· Boiler servicing;
· Making recommendations on potential improvements to heating systems.
*Key Requirements*
* OFTEC registered
* Boiler service and repair experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
