We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the preclinical industry.nKey Responsibilities:nLead Generation and Prospecting:nIdentify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.nMaintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads in a timely manner.nClient Relationship Management:nDevelop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.nUnderstand client needs and present appropriate services and solutions to meet their requirements.nProvide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.nCollaboration and Coordination:nWork closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.nCollaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements and successful project delivery.nParticipate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities and pipeline status.nMarket and Industry Knowledge:nStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.nContinuously update knowledge of services.nQualifications:nBachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.n2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.nProficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range

£40-£45k per annum
