We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee a team, including Material Controllers that work in our on site Stores/Kitting, Packing, and Warehouse areas, and will report to the Operations Manager. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure inventory availability aligns with manufacturing, testing needs, and overall business requirements.

Description
Manage and supervise the company's inventory control activities.
Implement efficient inventory management strategies.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Oversee regular inventory audits.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Provide written reports and results of data analysis to senior management and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor inventory staff to achieve performance targets.Profile
A successful 'Inventory Manager' should have:
Proven experience in inventory management or related role.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant inventory software.Job Offer
