Your Role:

  • Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly invoices and understanding the Main Contract Revenue.
  • Liaising with Garrison Finance teams to ensure monthly volumetric information is prepared to the required timetable in accordance with Central Management Team (CMT) requirements.
  • Perform and coordinate the Budgeting and Forecasting processes in respect of contract revenue.
  • Assist with review and validation of all output from the Change accounting process including invoices monthly reporting and forecasts including supporting documentation
  • Addressing issues concerning invoice preparation and presentation with Finance/Commercial staff at Garrisons and the ABC our Partner SubContractors ADL and the CMT as appropriate
  • To perform month end processes ensuring that the necessary reconciliations are completed to comply with the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control environment

What Were Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent and partially qualified as an accountant (CIMA ACCA)
  • Experience: Strong analytical capability excellent attention to detail. Financial modelling capability within Excel with general/commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Skills: Excellent MS Excel and IS skills in addition to effective communication and excellent organisation skills.
