As the Internal Account Manager, your will:
Sell products via telephone to customers from your client’s portfolio, using the company’s CRM system to analyse sales trends as well as your own performance
Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager to identify areas of improvement and streamline company processes
Accurately execute administrative tasks and identify timesaving techniques the company could adopt
Continually research and maintain knowledge of the market and industry
To be the successful Internal Account Manager, you’ll have
At least 2 years’ experience within a target driven environment as a telephone account manager (Essential)
Previous experience within the FMCG industry (desirable)
Quality IT Skills, having used CRMs to generate reports and analyse sales results
A passion for cooperating with colleagues and a willingness to succeed
