We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to oversee food and beverage operations.
As the Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you will be at the heart of their dining and bar services, ensuring guests enjoy top-notch service and delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Your role involves leading and motivating the F&B team, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring smooth operations. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be essential in upholding our resort's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring seamless service
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation
* Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with the culinary team to help develop and update menus
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar and/or restaurant, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail expertise
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
