The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of payroll systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:n- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on timen- Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracyn- Calculate wages, deductions, and benefitsn- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct depositsn- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsn- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll datan- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll mattersn- Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to resolve any payroll-related issuesn- Prepare payroll reports for management as neededn- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and best practices

Qualifications:n- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar rolen- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulationsn- Proficient in data entry and payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, Workday, PeopleSoft)n- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plusn- Excellent attention to detail and accuracyn- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsn- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityn- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
