This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ year's PQE in private client matters to join our client's bespoke firm in the Dorset area. The successful candidate will be managing a broad caseload of private client matters, whilst actively participating in business development activities and some management duties of the Department.

Responsibilities:

Wills
Lasting powers of attorney
Estate administration and estate planning
Inheritance tax planning
Elderly client matters
Business development
Networking
Staff Management
The Candidate:

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 8 year's PQE
Previous extensiveexperience in private client matters is essential
Management of staff
Is personable and confident
Excellent negotiating and client care skills
IT proficient
Commercially awareThe Firm
