SENIOR CREATIVE STRATEGIST (PERFORMANCE) – FAST-SCALING D2C BRAND This business launched in 2020 to solve a big problem - they are now a category-defining brand on a mission to improve everyday health for our furry friends. This is a unique chance to join a thriving scale up as it scales its creative and performance marketing function. This is a rare chance to sit at the intersection of creativity, data, and storytelling - shaping campaigns that drive growth at scale and redefine what performance-led creativity looks like. You’ll join a world-class Growth team working on multi-million-pound campaigns across paid social, helping to translate insights into creative that truly performs. WHAT THEY NEED - Someone with significant experience in concepting and delivering performance ad creative for another D2C brand (either in-house or agency side) A strategic storyteller who can ideate, script, and scale creative concepts across multiple channels Someone confident turning data insights into scroll-stopping campaigns that convert to new customers A collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments - no stranger to working alongside fellow creatives, performance marketers and founders to disrupt their category driving improved health and wellbeing for fur-babies everywhere A digital native with a passion for emerging tools and technology, including AI-led ideation and automation WHAT YOU'RE GREAT AT - Crafting creative paid ad strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid platforms Building systems that scale creative output while maintaining quality and performance Blending creative thinking and analytical rigour to produce data-informed campaigns Using tools like Motion, Asana, and AI-based design systems to streamline workflows Collaborating with growth, brand, and design teams to align creative with commercial outcomes WHAT YOU'LL GET - We are open to speaking to midweight - senior creative strategists (salary & title DOE) - if you've earned your stripes devising & delivering paid social ad content for another D2C retailer we want to hear from you Hybrid working (3 days a week in Central London HQ) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Dog-friendly office Further benefits to follow - be part of a culture that rewards performance, ambition, and ownership If you’re a creative strategist who loves the thrill of fast-paced environments and can turn insight into impact this is the opportunity to make your mark.
