Territory Sales Manager

This is a Territory Manager role where you will be responsible for developing independent retailers in Scotland and Ireland.
Your main duties will include:
Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Scotland and IrelandnConduct market research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.nBuild and maintain strong, long lasting relationshipsnPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and reports to customers and managementnWork closely with sales and marketing teams and other departments to enhance sales offeringnAttend industry events, trade shoes and networking opportunities to promote products and services
Ideally you will have:
Proven work experience as a Territory Sales Manager in an Audiology, Optical, Dental or similar areanStrong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamicsnExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsnDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goalsnStrong organizational and time management skills.nAbility to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisionsnExperience in preparing and delivering presentations and proposalsnWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
