Overview:

As a Business Partner, you will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets, establish partnerships, and drive revenue growth. As a Business Partner, you will be representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with international clients and distributors. This is a revenue sharing role.


Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize target markets for expansion based on market research, competitor analysis, and business opportunities. Develop market entry strategies and action plans to capture market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying and engaging potential clients, distributors, and partners. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales and secure partnerships.
  • Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. Develop and maintain pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking progress and activities in CRM systems.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, pipeline development, conversion rates, and market share.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • Proven experience in international sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
