Long White Cloud Bakery is a brand-new bakery opening in end of September, located in Hoxton. Formerly known as Long White Cloud café, our shop has been a beloved coffee spot for twelve years. This summer, we've transformed our space through a full refurbishment, and we're excited to reopen as a bread bakery that will continue the tradition of quality.


Our bakery will specialize in artisan sourdough bread, freshly made sandwiches, delightful pastries, and a variety of other baked goods. We’re passionate about creating an inviting atmosphere where customers can enjoy high-quality products made with care. As we prepare to open our doors, we’re looking for enthusiastic team members who share our commitment to excellence and creativity. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, creativity, and community. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Baker to join our team and support our Head Baker in delivering the best baked goods to our customers.


**Responsibilities:**


- Assist the Head Baker with daily baking tasks, including mixing, kneading, and baking a variety of products.

- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications.

- Ensure the bakery is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

- Help with the setup and breakdown of baking stations and equipment.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Baker when supplies need replenishing.

- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.


**Qualifications:**


- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- A passion for baking and willingness to learn.
