Responsibilities in your new role as Production Technician
* Utilise advanced knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems to assemble complex machines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical components into finished assembled machines.
* Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during the production process.
* Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
* Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices, helping to keep the team well-informed and capable.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
* HNC qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field is desirable, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a manufacturing technician in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
* Proficient in fault finding and troubleshooting within a production assembly environment.
* Strong understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficient in using relevant manufacturing tools and equipment.
