Your new role – Fabric Engineer
* General Fabric duties, Painting, Decorating, fire door maintenance, carpentry, building services across minor mechanical, minor electrical and fabric duties
* Assisting site with day to day Planned / Reactive Maintenance requirements.
* Static site – Large commercial site
* There are times where you will work unsupervised and therefore must be able to prioritise work tasks.
* This company will upskill you to a fully qualified electrical engineer if you wish to be trained on the job
What you'll need to succeed
* Building fabric competence with a relevant qualification
* Appropriate experience approx. 2 years
* Experience within a commercial building
