This is a high-impact, hands-on role with opportunities to lead, mentor, and innovate.What You'll Do Design and assure secure cloud-native platforms and services Identify and mitigate architectural security risks Guide Agile teams on secure development practices Mentor and manage a small team of security professionals Communicate complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders Stay ahead of emerging threats, tools, and frameworks What You'll Bring Expertise in cloud security architecture and secure design Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, OWASP, PCI) Experience in application, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture Familiarity with CI/CD and Continuous Security practices Solid understanding of network, web app, and cryptographic security Proven ability to coach and develop others Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Eligibility RequirementDue to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (e.g., lived in the UK for the past 5 years with no significant travel or criminal record).Bonus Skills Identity and access management (IAM) experience Exposure to governance, risk, compliance, and operational security Penetration testing certifications (e.g., OSCP, CREST, TIGER) Active contributor to knowledge-sharing communities Get in TouchIf this sounds like the right next step for you, we'd love to hear from you.
