Job DescriptionnIn this role, your duties will involve fault finding, repairs, servicing, and installation of commercial and domestic gas systems, as well as HVAC systems.nYour focus will be on providing a world-class maintenance service, ensuring the efficient operation and safety of all systems under your care.nIf you have a strong background in commercial gas engineering, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for delivering top-tier service, apply now to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesnResponsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.nResponsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks.nProvide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.nMaintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas.nTo undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients gas/heating systems.nDiagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding.nUndertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.nEnsure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.
Professional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsnExperience with completing PPMs and some small replacements.nWilling to complete general building maintenance.nCommercial Gas TicketsnDomestic Gas TicketsnNVQ or C&G in Plumbing
