Job Title: Quality Specialist – Records ControlnLocation: Nailsea, UKn3 to 6 months contract

As a Quality Specialist (Records Control), you will be responsible for:n• Responsible for data review and completeness of all records and operations reviewed.n• Responsible for performing data books/product specifications compilations and ensure accuracy prior uploading to company repository system or handing to customer’s inspector/representative to review prior assembly or products final release.n• Collaborates with quality control and manufacturing planning preparing products data books/product specification and customers inspection scheduling.n• May participate in quality audits, material review boards, kaizens or root cause analysis.n• Ensure the structure, quality of presentation and legibility of data books meet the customer’s requirements and the company standards.n• Liaise with Project Quality Engineers, and Project planners to establish the customer and Baker Hughes MRB documentation.n• Support the generation of KPI’s reporting using MS Excel, ERP, and /or Support center.n• Time booking hours for the project.n• Reports progress of the records compilation progress to customer.n• Follows the competency management program requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:n• Demonstrate an understanding of Manufacturing Processes.n• Ability to understand Bill of Materials, relevant materials certifications and specifications.n• Works with company management system databases and systems (SAP, Oracle BHOS, Agility, LIMS, etc)n• Some training will be provided.
