What you'll be doing;

Reporting to the Head of ERF Operations, you will be responsible for leading a large and successful operational team, consisting of technical experts and operative staff.nYou will have overall responsibility and direct accountability for all the operational and maintenance activities, team performance and development, and overall safety of the Energy Recovery Facility Operation.nDriving high levels of contract performance.nResponsible for the delivery of the client contract and compliance.nAssisting in establishing annual goals and objectives while supporting the strategy for the business unit.nMaintaining profit and loss ratios and preparing annual budgets.nDelivering operational efficiencies and cost-saving solutions.nInteracting with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.nLiaising with relevant experts within your region and across the business to design and implement technical solutions.nIdentifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.nWhat we're looking for;

Previous technical experience from a continuous process background.nA demonstrable background in engineeringnStrong leadership and development skills.nPrevious experience of working at a senior level.nNegotiating and influencing skills.nFamiliar with Industrial health and safety compliance.nWhat's next?
