We're on the lookout for a Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bed service for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in Rochdale. Our client is a respected provider of children's residential care, renowned for their therapeutic work with children experiencing EBD. They are excited to be opening their 2nd home and are looking for a Registered Manager to join them in their expansion journey.

As the Registered Manager, you will be:

Working with the Senior Leadership team in the registration of this new serviceEnsuring the needs of the children are at the forefront of all decisionsLiaising with key external stakeholders, including local authorities, social workers, and carersDeveloping and implementing individualised care plans for each childRecruiting your staff team and conducting regular staff performance reviewsDriving continuous improvement strategies for the serviceThe Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager role will have:

A thorough understanding of OFSTED regulationsHave experience as Deputy, with their level 5 now looking for promotionPrevious experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficultiesA proven track record in managing care servicesThe ability to work flexibly and handle on-call dutiesStrong leadership and communication skillsThe Package:
