Pratap Partnership are working on a Finance and Operations Administrator opportunity located in Scunthorpe which needs to be an immediate start. This will be temporary for 6 months with a view to turning permanent. This role will cover the following responsibilities:
Managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients for goods or services rendered

Tracking and managing company expenses, including purchases and travel, to maintain precise financial records

Compiling comprehensive daily reports summarizing activities, tasks completed, and notable developments to keep stakeholders informed.

Maintenances Salesforce - registration of new products and price maintenance

Follows up old projects in Salesforce and informs related colleagues to update the status

Supports Operation Team Members
Excellent Excel is a must for this position to be able to report daily about Order Status and create reports based on data provided by UPS, SAP or BW.
