Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30
Igloo has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Sheerness, Kent. We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic candidates to join our ever-expanding team.

The Role:
Within the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will learn the fundamentals of what it takes to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be given on the job training and the tools you need to succeed.
* Support recruitment consultants with daily tasks.
* Source and recruit candidates.
* Secure work references and manage job advert responses.
* Conduct daily walk rounds and manage onsite staff.
* Address site-related issues.
* Be on-call for sickness and absences.

* Has the confidence to engage potential candidates via phone calls.
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
* Thrives under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
* Possesses a valid driver's licence.
