Requirements:

1.English is a must

2.Covering area &Potential Location: UK and Ireland

3.Bachelor’s degree or above

4.Have a profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid market.

5.Have strong relationship with key decision makers in the power and T&D market

6.Profound understanding of the local TSO grid market (market size, competition, market trends, etc.)

7.Knowledge of local customers, procurement processes, decision making processes, key decision makers , etc.

8.Knowledge of project management, marketing methodology, finance and human resources

9.Effective communication in English and local language



Job responsibility:

1.Responsible on sales business development in the assigned countries and execute value, mission, vision and strategy of the organization.

2.Lead the formulation and disintegration of annual sales targets and overall work plan.

3.Achieve sales target including Composite insulation cross arm (CICA) and Shemar insulation products of Transmission and Distribution network

4.In line with the business strategy, lead the team to carry out market research, analysis, marketing activities.

5.Clarify the decision-making chain of the relevant government, industry organizations and target customers and the corresponding personnel.

6.Lead the team in customers' development and value transfer, particularly to be 7.responsible for building and maintain good relationships with key TSO/DNO decision makers.

8.Organize/Coordinate internal resources based on business requirement.

Develop team members’ capability.
