Job Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced primary school teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will:

The successful candidate will:
Fully implement the curriculum as outlined in school policies
Create a positive, stimulating, and innovative learning environment
Maintain a well-organized classroom with appropriate displays and resources
Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils
Develop effective strategies to overcome barriers to learning
Use assessment for learning to sustain effective teaching
Review and adjust methods for planning, delivery, and recording of the curriculum
Monitor and report pupil attainment to the Executive Headteacher, Headteacher, and Board
Assist in selecting curriculum resources
Proactively manage personal professional development
Effectively manage pupil behavior, promoting mutual respect
Facilitate parental involvement in teaching and learning
Collaborate with support staff and other teachers to plan for a range of needs
Encourage teamwork and share new teaching initiatives
Take a leading role in school development when required
Support and mentor NQTs and students on teaching practice
Assist with INSET for staff and governors when required
Work with Hackney Education on local and national curriculum initiatives
Undertake other duties as directed by the Executive Headteacher and Headteacher
