HR Business Partner

The ideal candidate will come from either the retail or hospitality sector, with previous experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager. It is important that the suitable candidate has true "business partnering experience"
The Role:
Key responsibilities will include: -nSupporting the people agendanYou'll spend much of your time building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship building and communication skills are key within the role.nAddress day to day HR issues as they arisenSupport and work with the leadership team to support changenProvide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent managementnThe Candidate:nPrevious experience in a fast paced environment preferably retail or hospitality with proven experience as a generalist HR partnernStrong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholdersnRapport builder & natural coachnCIPD credentials are an advantagenExperience working across corporate / head office functionsnAbility to work autonomously and make decisionsnStrong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core valuesnSolution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solvernThe Package:
