RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 1st & some 2nd line user support and assistance to all members of the firm, ensuring that all problems and requests are dealt with within SLAn- Handle escalated issues from 1st & 2nd line support team via ticketing system & MS Teamsn- Ensure that all Incident/Alerts/Service requests are worked effectively and efficientlyn- Provide guidance, direction and training to co-workersn- Assist in testing fixes and perform post-resolution follow-upsn- Participate in an on-call rota providing emergency IT support out of hours
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience of providing IT support with excellent customer servicen- Understanding of Exchange Server and Active Directoryn- Knowledge of M365 suiten- Able to pick up bespoke applicationsn- Excellent customer service skillsn- Proactive and professional team player
