I am seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to join one of the fastest growing Salesforce partners in the UK. In this role, you will be leading both the design and implementation of the Salesforce solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.
  • Implementation: Leading the configuration and customisation of Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and business needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, solutions designs, and implementation processes.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, and experience with flows, objects, and fields.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, defining budgets and timelines
  • Experience working across core clouds with multi-cloud implementations
