About The Role
Team – Brand, Creative and Copy
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London, Bournemouth or Stockport Office. Full time hours per week. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extending by a further 2 months.
Top 3 skills needed for this role:
Strong design skills and a good sense of brand building
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and illustrator
Experience in creating static and animated digital assets for display advertising plus paid and organic social media postsWhat this role is all about:
We’re looking for a talented digital designer to create mind-blowing digital assets for our innovative brand. You will create digital campaigns across email and web, working with our partners to our engaged audience. If you have a collaborative style, creative mind, exceptional design skills, a deep understanding of how humans interact with digital advertising, we’d love to see your work and have a chat. 
Key Actions
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong design skills and a good sense of brand building
Designing emails in an email content builder
Conceptualisation, design and deployment of digital campaign assets, including display advertising and paid and organic social media posts (LI, Insta, TikTok, FB etc.)
Overseeing quality control while pushing boundaries and exploring innovative approaches
To be an avid guardian and advocate of the Vitality brand, in all its forms.Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:

You have an inquisitive nature and will ask questions until you understand a brief
You thrive working in a team environment, which can include graphic and UX designers, SEO specialists and a range of marketing teams
You have a natural affinity for the brand and its objectives
You know how to turn technical detail into engaging, easy-to-understand designs
You know how to work in an agile, very fast paced environment
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
