A Procurement Specialist with extensive experience of working in a Technical Purchasing role within a Manufacturing Company and who has experience using Supply Chain Risk Management Tools will become part of a thriving Company working within the sustainability sector.
The successful Procurement Specialist will be a quality focused individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills; confident in their ability to use ERP systems to translate forecast requirements into availability and to conduct supplier assessments and re-negotiate terms of business where applicable.
Key Requirements include:
* An Engineering Degree and ideally CIPS qualified.
* Proven background in Technical Purchasing including electronic and mechanical components.
* Previous ERP experience.
* An understanding of Change Management Systems (PLM Systems desirable).
* Experience using Supply Chain Risk Management Tools.
* A confident communicator with attention to detail and a strong customer service ethos.
