Objectives:
* Ensuring a sustainable future for heritage buildings and landscapes.
* Generate income from rural enterprises – including tourism, leisure, energy, consumer, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a brilliant Director who will deliver a portfolio of client projects across rural land and property. Get involved in business development, building and maintaining client relationships and navigate and address various planning disciplines - easy peasy.
Must Haves:
* Must be a chartered planning professional or experienced planner with 5+ years' post-qualification UK experience.
* Proven track record in business development and project delivery.
* Passion for meeting client needs.
* Competence and confidence to deal with a range of planning disciplines.
* Understanding of rural planning issues highly desirable BUT not essential.
